Dr. Peter Geissler is a Stanford University graduate and a professional civil engineer. In addition, Dr. Geissler is a licensed civil engineer, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, professional land surveyor, and water right surveyor in a number of other jurisdictions, including Nevada, Colorado, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Idaho, Arizona, New Mexico, Connecticut, Maryland, Malta, and Italy.
Dr. Geissler has been featured in a Cal Surveyor publication (Issue #192, Fall 2020) by the California Land Surveyors Association (CLSA), wherein he offers insightful information about the world of water right surveying. [Ref: Cal Surveyor #192, Pages 13-15]
Dr. Geissler served as the science advisor to Bob Moretti, former Chief Executive Director of the California Energy Commission. Dr. Pardoen serves as a senior consultant on geodesy, cadastral surveying, photogrammetry, and mapping.
Mr. Keith Pagan, LSIT, Special Inspector
Mr. Keith Pagan is a graduate of Princeton University (A.B. Economics) and also of Great Basin College (BAS Geomatics/Land Surveying). In addition, Mr. Pagan is a licensed professional land surveyor in Nevada.
In addition to land surveying, Mr. Pagan is an ICC certified, multi-discipline special inspector. He oversees the Special Inspections Division of Geissler Engineering, a special inspection and testing agency approved individually by 109+ unique jurisdictions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Wine Country, and beyond.
Mr. Alex Carlson, BSCE Candidate, Spring 2022 (Transportation Engineering)
Mr. Carlson is completing a BSCE degree from University of California, Berkeley. His primary focus is transportation engineering, especially planning for electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Mr. Carlson served as an intern for Geissler Engineering for each of the past two summers (2020 and 2021).

Mr. David Allen
Mr. David Allen spent six years exclusively in criminal law practice, including jury trials. He spent six years exclusively practicing in insurance defense matters with a private firm, and six years exclusively practicing insurance defense in house. He also has seventeen years in general practice.
David Allen’s background includes experience in general private practice, plaintiff and defendant, insurance defense and criminal defense. As a trial attorney, he has taken approximately sixty five jury trials to verdict, civil and criminal.
He graduated from California Western School of Law in 1976 where he won the Bancroft Whitney Trial Practice Award. As a Naval Officer during the Vietnam War, he served as a main propulsion division officer aboard the USS Constellation CVA 64. He graduated from Rhodes College in Tennessee where earned six varsity letters in football and track and was was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. His professional education after law school includes the Advanced Trial Practice Class at Hastings Law School in San Francisco; the San Diego Inns of Court; and the American Association of Trial Lawyers Trial Practice Courses. He and his wife Claudia have four children.
