Electric vehicle infrastructure requires the installation of new or upgraded underground electrical cables.
In order to avoid interrupting existing utilities, it is essential to locate then develop an accurate 3D map of all underground infrastructure before digging.
It is critical that this wholesale underground utility installation does not disrupt telecommunications (fiber optics), fire protection and water supply (water pipes), natural gas fuel supply (gas pipes), public health sewerage (sanitary sewer pipes), stormwater drainage culverts, and the surface drainage (stormwater runoff) characteristics of the repaired (paved) roadway.
